Os tengo abandonados!!! Y es que no es para menos, hoy ha sido el primer día que he tenido un hueco para poder colgar un post! Entre diseño, patronaje y el trabajo… estoy que no puedo!! No obstante también os digo que estoy más que feliz con esta nueva etapa de mi vida!!! Estoy enamorado de los figurines, de los patrones y todo el mundo de la moda! Por cierto ya estoy acabando mi primera falda, que por supuesto será para la mujer que más me quiere en el mundo… Mi madre!! 

Os dejo ahora unas fotos de la boda de mi amiga Raquel, que se casó este sábado. Fue una boda increíblemente emotiva y preciosa!

Hey guys!!

I gave you up for some time!! and the reason is I just have no time!! Design class, pattern class, work… it is just so difficult! But It is also true that I am happier than ever with this new period!! I am in love with fashion sketch, patterns and everything that has to do with fashion! By the way I am also finishing my first skirt, and of course I made it for the woman who loves me more than anybody else… my mum!

I leave you some pictures of last saturday, when a friend of mine, Raquel, got married. It was an incredibly emotional  and wonderful wedding!

DESIGNER AND PATTERN MAKER!!

Hola chic@s! Pues aquí estoy después de mi primer día como patronista! La verdad que ha sido muy entretenido y se ha pasado el tiempo volando. Ahora sólo espero que todo vaya genial y que poco a poco vaya aprendiendo y mejorando la técnica. Por otro lado mañana será mi primer día como diseñador, así que ya os contaré cómo me ha ido.

Hey guys! So here I am after my first day as a pattern maker! The truth is that it was very entertaining and time flew. Now the only thing I am looking for is that everything goes great and also that my technique could be improved step by step. On the other hand tomorrow will be my first day as a fashion designer, so I will tell you soon how is going.

SUMMER IS ALMOST OVER!

Hola chicos!! Ya se han acabado mis vacaciones, y al mismo tiempo me quedan menos días para empezar las clases de Diseño de Moda! Estoy super emocionado! Ya os contaré como me va la nueva vida como diseñador, de momento siento un poco de miedo, y de ansia por empezar, pero habrá que esperar hasta el lunes que viene para que den comienzo mis clases. Por otro lado me canso sólo de pensar en todo el trabajo que voy a tener este año, entre las clases y el trabajo…para que os hagáis una idea… todo lo que hacía en 8 horas, debo hacerlo en 6, y así todos los días de la semana. Espero no morir en el intento! XD

Hey guys!! My holidays have finished, and at the same time, there are a few days left to start my Fashion Designer classes! I am amazed! I will tell you how is going my new life as a designer, For now I am feeling a little bit scary and anxious for the new start, but we will have to wait until next monday when my classes will begin. On the other hand I am tired just thinking about the whole work I will have to do this year, between the classes and my job… In order you can imagine it, what I was doing in 8 hours I will have to do it in 6 hours, and every single day of the week. I hope not to die trying! XD

FIESTAS AND MORE FIESTAS

Hola a todos!! Siento no haberme comunicado antes con vosotros pero he estado con la semana de fiestas en mi ciudad, Novelda. La verdad es que es una ciudad  pequeña, pero tiene todo lo que una ciudad debería tener, un par de tiendas buenas, la playa a unos km, en Alicante, y muchos lugares con terraza para aliviar el calor del verano. En cuanto a las fiestas, os diré que no he conocido otras igual en ningún sitio. La fiestas son de moros y cristianos y también hay otra parte que está dedicada a la temática religiosa, a la patrona de la ciudad Santa María Magdalena. Os voy a poner unas fotos de mi “filà” que es como se le llama a las escuadras, y de mí haciendo de cabo (el que dirige a la escuadra). También adjunto otras que no tienen nada que ver, pero ya tenía ganas de colgar fotos mías :) Espero que os gusten!!

Hi everyone!! I am so sorry I could not tell anything before but I have been on busy because of my city’s “fiestas”, Novelda. The truth is that it is a really small city, but it has everything a city should have, a pair of good shops, the beach is not so far, in Alicante, and it has also many places with terraces to cool off. Regarding the “fiestas” I can tell you that I never knew anything like these ones in all over the world. The main theme of these so called “fiestas” are Moors and Christians ( how the moors where expelled from the country), but there is another theme which is the religious one, dedicated to Saint Mary Magdalene. 

I am going to add you some pictures of my “filà” which is how the squad is called, and also from myself acting as the corporal of the squad. I am going to leave some pictures that have nothing to do with this too, but I wanted to upload some pictures of me!! Hope you like them!!

"THE GRADUATE"

Dicen que no hay que quitar nunca el protagonismo a la novia, y precisamente lo mismo pasa con las personas que se gradúan en la universidad. La regla es, estilo pero sin pasarse. El único con derecho a llevar un buen traje siempre es del graduado.

Todo este rollo viene por la sencilla razón de que hace unos días mi novio se graduó, y por supuesto fui a verle. Elegí una camisa de la que me enamoré, en un color verde oscuro con topitos blancos, unos pantalones en crudo, unos zapatos beige con la suela azul y mi bolsita marrón que me acompaña a muchos sitios! Me encanta!

They say we have not right to steal the spotlight to the bride, and that is exactly the same that happens with those people who are about to graduate from college. The rule is, stylish but not too much. The only one who has the right to wear a good suit is always the graduate.

All this bore is just because my boyfriend’s graduation took place some days ago and of course I went to see him. I chose a dark green shirt with white dots which I adore, cream trousers, beige shoes with blue sole and my little brown bag that many times comes with me. I love it!!

LINEN AND FLORALS!

Hola chic@s! Otro nuevo look para este blog! Esta vez se trata de una camiseta estampada y unos pantalones de lino. Sinceramente los pantalones de lino para hombre son casi siempre anchos, largos y sientan fatal, sobre todo si no eres muy alto. Es por eso que decidí probarme unos de mujer, y acerté! Me quedan genial (o eso pienso yo ;) ) y además el largo y el ancho son perfectos. Espero que os guste el look niños! 

Hi guys! Another look for this blog! This time it is about a T-shirt with a floral pattern and linen trousers. Honestly usually linen trousers for men are baggy, very long, and they do not fit very well, specially if you are not very tall. That is the reason why I decided to try on some woman linen trousers, and I hit the target! They fit me so nice (or at least that is what I think) and moreover the length and the width are perfect. Hope you like the look kids!

Hola Hola Hola!!

Pues aquí me tenéis de nuevo! Operado de la vista y sin necesidad de llevar gafas!! Ya he dejado la miopía atrás, y ahora me adentro en un mundo nuevo, lleno de alegría al ver cada mañana que mis ojos… VEN POR SÍ SOLOS!! No me lo creo aún!! En fin que me pierdo. Hoy os traigo un look de camisa vaquera de manga corta (estoy haciendo colección de camisas de manga corta y eso que las odiaba), jeans, y un pañuelo que me encantó, tanto por el color (el azul es mi favorito) como por las estrellas. Me parece que hace de un look aburrido y normal algo más divertido, vamos que de tan divertido, me dio por hacer el tonto jejeje. Las zapatillas también son una nueva adquisición, porque por si no lo sabéis los zapatos me pierden!! Espero que os gusten las fotos… Dentro de poco os enseñaré el regalazo que me hizo mi novio hace unos días…. Yo flipé!

Hello hello hello!!

So here I am again! I am already operated of my vision and now I do not need to wear glasses anymore! I have left my myopia back, and now I am getting into a new world, full of joy when I realize every morning that my eyes….THEY CAN ACTUALLY SEE BY THEMSELVES!! I cannot believe it! Anyway, today I bring you a new look of a denim short-sleeve shirt ( I am collecting many short sleeve shirts although I hated them), jeans, and a  shawl that I love, because of the color (Blue is my favorite) and also because of the stars. It seems to me that it makes a normal and boring look, something funnier, so fun that I ended up playing the fool hahaha. The sneakers are new acquisition too because if you don not know shoes drive me crazy!! I hope you like the pictures… Sooner I will show you the big present that my boyfriend gave me some days ago… I totally freaked out!!
